IRT Group is seeking a Wellbeing Team Leader for the Berala on the Park Residential Care Home. This full time, fixed-term 12-month role leads the design, planning, delivery and assessment of activity and wellbeing programs for residents.

Based in Berala, you will supervise Wellbeing Officers, coordinate volunteers, liaise with internal and external services, and support accreditation processes while ensuring compliance with IRT policies and aged care standards.
