We're partnering with a well respected, not for profit organisation that oversees significant government capital grant funding for a large network of schools across Queensland, to find their next Capital Program Advisor.

This is a different kind of role for someone with a quantity surveying, construction or contract management background who wants to step away from site based delivery and into a broader advisory and governance position.

In this role you'll:
Assess capital grant applications from schools and support the panel assessment and prioritisation process
Review tender, contractual and payment documentation once projects are approved, providing well founded recommendations
Manage contract administration, variations and risk across funded capital projects




Build solid relationships with stakeholders and provide authoritative advice on capital programs and procurement

About you:
A relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction or contract management, or equivalent experience
Around 5 to 7 years in a QS, construction or contract administration environment
Robust analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
