Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Retail Lease Manager to lead retail lease negotiations and complex property deals. You will work with landlords, solicitors and internal teams to move transactions from instruction through to execution, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

You will apply deep knowledge of retail legislation, risk and commercial judgment to balance prospects with business outcomes while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.
