The role offers flex(ibility) with part time or full time hours and a hybrid working model, delivering high-quality social work practice to adults with care and support needs.

You will lead safeguarding, Care Act assessments, support planning, and multi-agency collaboration to promote independence and wellbeing for adults across Liverpool.
