What You'll DoOwn reliability, availability, and performance of production systems running in cloud environmentsDefine and monitor SLIs/SLOs and help manage error budgets across the platformLead incident response efforts including detection, triage, mitigation, and postmortemsImprove observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboardsAutomate operational workflows and reduce manual toil wherever possiblePartner closely with engineering teams to improve system resiliency and scalabilityAssist with capacity planning, infrastructure optimization,



and performance tuningBuild internal tooling, runbooks, and operational best practicesSupport Kubernetes-based infrastructure and distributed systems at scaleAct as an escalation point for complex production and platform issuesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure rolesStrong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzureHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environmentsStrong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectureExperience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or OpenTelemetryProficiency with infrastructure automation and scripting (Terraform, Python, Bash, etc.)Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationStrong troubleshooting and incident management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively during high-pressure situationsNice to HaveExperience supporting large-scale SaaS or cloud-native platformsFamiliarity with workflow orchestration technologies such as Conductor, Temporal, or CamundaExperience with Kafka, messaging systems,
