Cognizant is seeking an Advanced AV & UC Engineer to drive enterprise AV/UC support across global locations. You will manage Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Zoom Rooms, and related platforms, deliver high‑quality executive meeting support, and ensure reliable audiovisual services in hybrid settings.

Responsibilities include configuring AV infrastructure, performing RCA, monitoring systems, and coordinating with network, security, and facilities teams. Solid ITIL/ServiceNow experience is a plus.
