We’re working with a number of established Melbourne public practice firms looking for experienced Supervisors ready to take on greater responsibility, stronger client exposure and a clear pathway to Manager.

If you’re ready to move beyond the Senior Accountant level and take on more review, leadership and client-facing responsibility , we’d be keen to have a confidential conversation.

What you can expect:
$110-130K + super , depending on experience.
Clear progression towards Manager .
Ownership of a diverse client portfolio and workflow.
Greater exposure to tax, advisory and complex client work .
Direct access to Partners and Directors.
Adaptable and hybrid working arrangements.
Opportunities to review work, mentor juniors and develop your leadership skills .

Depending on the opportunity, you could work with:
SMEs, HNW individuals, privately owned businesses and mid-market groups.
Clients across property, skilled services, hospitality, sports, entertainment, technology and eCommerce.
Firms offering a genuine mix of tax, accounting and advisory .
Collaborative teams with strong training, mentoring and progression .

About You:
5+ years’ Australian public practice experience.
CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards it.
Solid tax and accounting experience, with the ability to manage and review client work.
Confident dealing directly with clients, Partners and senior stakeholders.
Experience across Division 7A, CGT, FBT and BAS .
Ready to take on more responsibility and progress towards Manager .
