Taldumande Youth Services is seeking a Caseworker to join the Families and Justice Team in a full time, fixed-term contract until December 2028. You will deliver intensive, client-centred casework to families with children aged 12–16, focusing on reducing risk and promoting safety and stability across Greater Parramatta and Western Sydney.

The role requires trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and collaboration with schools, police, and community organisations.
