Location: Melbourne CBD - Hybrid, 2 days in office

We are looking for a D365 Customer Engagement Developer to support and enhance a Microsoft

Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a solid focus on integration, automation and development.

The role will involve building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE , using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks , as well as developing and supporting existing D365 solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:
Robust hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (sales module) development and customisation
D365 CE integration experience , particularly APIs and webhooks
Power Automate and process automation
C# development and custom feature development




D365 CE configuration and out-of-the-box development
Supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing existing D365 components
Power BI reporting
Solution architecture and application support
Microsoft Fabric, Data and Spark SQL desirable
Exposure to Microsoft Entra, Teams, Exchange and Microsoft 365 Admin Centres desirable
Experience within membership, training or education settings would be advantageous

This role would suit a hands-on D365 CE Developer with strong development, integration and automation experience.
