About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solid Plasterer to join our growing team. This full-time position involves working on a variety of projects, including precast concrete finishing, patching, and surface repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Apply coats of plaster, cement render, and similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces

Repair damaged or defective wall panels, ceiling panels, and cladding

Patch cracks, holes, joints, and surface defects using fillers, sealants, and repair compounds

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, sanding, and priming for finishing or painting

Align, fit,



and secure panels to ensure proper finish and structural integrity

Apply sealants, adhesives, and protective coatings as required

Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

Safely operate hand and power tools (e.g. grinders, sanders, drills)

Maintain a clean and secure work environment

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2–3 years' relevant industry experience

Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and finishes

Experience in concrete patching, rendering, and surface repairs highly regarded

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
