Lendi Group is seeking a Franchise Performance Coach to grow and elevate one of Australia’s largest mortgage broker networks. You will partner with Franchisees to drive business growth, coach brokers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the Aussie network.
This role is highly relationship-focused with about 50% travel to Franchisees, offering strategic coaching and alignment with Lendi Group initiatives. A robust background in franchise management and mortgages is preferred.
