ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and inspire the team to perform at their best. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and delivering effective service to customers.

You’ll train and coach colleagues, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and collaborate on merchandising and promotions. This role offers a transparent path for progression within a growing network.
