Brandbank Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to support the property portfolio, including recent leases, renewals and terminations, and to assist with negotiations and reporting. This in office role will work closely with the General Manager - Property and liaise with legal teams on documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in lease administration, solid knowledge of the Australian Retail Leases Act, and advanced Excel skills.
