Talent is seeking a hands-on Data Readiness Analyst to lead cleansing across ERP and corporate data as part of a major transformation that precedes a cloud ERP platform. The role focuses on legacy HR, finance, procurement, travel and expense data, driving data quality improvements before migration.

You’ll work with technical and business teams to define rules, validate remediation outcomes and produce readiness dashboards.
