Daylesford Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the Acute Ward, coordinate patient flow, and support protected, high-quality care in a rural health service.

As ANUM you will provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality improvements and solid governance. Requires current AHPRA RN registration and acute nursing background.
