The role reports to the Payroll Manager and leads a team of up to 8, delivering end-to-end payroll for 8,000+ employees across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles in a complex setting across Australia.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, drive process improvements, changes and system enhancements, and ensure compliance.
