Respect is seeking a Care Coordinator (RN) for Killean Residential Aged Care in Inverell, NSW. This role focuses on coordinating high-quality, person-centred care and leading the care team to deliver consistent, secure resident outcomes.

You will work with the Care Manager and General Manager, ensuring current, individualised care plans reflect residents’ clinical needs and preferences, while supporting admissions and governance processes.
