We are seeking Registered nurses to join S. Antonio Da Padova Village at 7 North Road Ryde NSW.
You will manage the provision of the daily care needs for residents while supporting the team around you.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments,
Engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of all residents, fostering independence
Overall management of medications.
You will liaise with doctors, Allied Health specialists, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.
You will supervise and coordinate with care workers, enrolled nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Providing information about residents to their family members, updating their family members on their treatment and care.
Overall responsibility for the nursing care of the resident.
You will be responsible for Medications, Providing interventions, and treatments to residents.





To be successful in the role the suitable applicant must be/have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA
One year or more Aged Care Experience.
Demonstrate solid leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience providing clinical resident-centred care.
Knowledge and understanding of, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including best practise clinical nursing standards, and experience with AN ACC funding.
Excellent computer and documentation skills
Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect
