VC Maintenance is a locally established business specialising in servicing, maintaining and repairing earthmoving equipment, quarry machinery, heavy vehicles and light vehicles. We support an extensive company fleet and a growing external customer base across the Mackay region.

For an immediate start we require tradespeople with a "Can Do" attitude and a passion for all things mechanical.

The roles on offer are for workshop positions to support our diverse fleet of Earthmoving, Quarrying, Road Haulage and Light Vehicles.

Working a Monday to Friday day shift, with optional Saturday work as required, this is a outstanding opportunity to secure reliable, long-term local employment.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnosing hydraulic systems and pneumatic control systems faults
Strong knowledge of fluid power & hydraulic control systems & pneumatic systems




Sound knowledge of maintenance, and repairs on Large Earthmoving & Quarrying equipment and Road Haulage Trucks
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal reliability
Be able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications
Hold a current Australian Driver's license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Refrigerant handling license (desired but not essential)
A valid HC Driver's license (desired but not essential)
