The Role

As a Property Paralegal, you will work predominantly on development matters, including off-the-plan projects, while supporting a busy property practice.

Your duties will include:
Managing off-the-plan sales for developer clients
Assisting with vacant land developments and community title schemes
Preparing contracts, disclosure documentation, and settlement documentation
Liaising directly with developers, CFO's and key stakeholders
Managing files and transaction progression from commencement to settlementMaintaining client relationships and providing high-level service to developers

Over time, if you are interested in broadening your experience you can also gain exposure to Leasing and Estate Planning matters if you want.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Paralegal
Robust experience acting for property developers
Proven experience with off-the-plan sales
Confidence communicating directly with developers and senior stakeholders




Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
