Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments, and driving corrective actions
Investigating incidents and recommending preventive measures to leadership
Supporting workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
Chairing the site safety committee and maintaining HSE records and reporting
Coordinating the product recycling program end to end, including client liaison, compliance checks,

freight and contractor coordination, pricing, invoicing and monthly reporting
Building strong relationships with recycling processors and service providers

About you
Proven experience in an HSE, WHS or EHS role within manufacturing or an industrial setting
Experience delivering safety training, conducting inspections and investigating incidents
Exposure to workers' compensation and RTW processes highly regarded
Experience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 aligned systems, or with waste and recycling programs, advantageous

Australian working rights essential
