You will own the floral function from brief to delivery, lead the team, work with clients and Sales to win current business, and drive product development with budget discipline.
Reporting to Directors, you will join a cooperative leadership team across Sales, Operations and Warehouse, with a five-day week and weekend work as required by the events calendar.
