About the Role

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at Parramatta House, you'll be at the heart of a quick-paced retail environment,



leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store success.

You'll take ownership of store performance, develop your team, and create a welcoming environment where both customers and team members thrive.

What You'll Bring
Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Experience achieving sales and KPI targets
Stock management and inventory control experience
Solid communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach and positive attitudeFlexibility across weekends and peak trading periods
