Fresh Hope Communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Quality and Education Lead in Pendle Hill, NSW. This full time role works across Leadership, Clinical and Residential Care teams to strengthen quality, compliance, and workforce capability, ensuring residents feel heard, valued and cared for.

You will lead audits, coordinate education programs, and drive continuous improvement aligned with the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.
