Role Overview

The Station Manager oversees the daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality MRO and GSE services while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

You:
Practical experience in Part 145, MRO field.




Demonstrable experience in Output/Productivity control
P&L; management and efficiency
Supervisory and staff development experience
Robust business acumen, communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
