Credit Corp is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own our HR operational shared services, standardise processes and drive automation across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will lead a small HR Operations team, partner with stakeholders, and design scalable workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall employee experience. This role is based in Sydney with versatile hybrid arrangements and a market-market-competitive salary with bonus incentives.
