Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula invites applications for the Director of Wellbeing Programs (POL 4), a three-year tenure with an ongoing teaching appointment. The role leads student wellbeing programs across the campus with the Pastoral Executive and reports to the Vice Principal - Students.

You will drive social-emotional learning, SEL curriculum components, and school-wide wellbeing strategies, aligning with the College's Mission and Vision and MACS governance.
