Business Analyst & Support Operations Relief

Wimmera Collective, Diverse Support Pty Ltd – Horsham VIC

You'll be communicating on a regular basis with Key Management staff, Local agencies, Support Co-Ordinators and the Team of Support People. The role involves reviewing workflows, documentation and compliance, analysing data and identifying practical improvements, strengthening communication and information sharing (with consent/approval), identifying risks, inefficiencies and growth opportunities, and providing operational support as required.

Key responsibilities
Review workflows, documentation and compliance
Analyse data and identify practical improvements
Strengthen communication and information sharing (with consent/approval)
Identify risks, inefficiencies and growth opportunities
Provide operational support as required
Communicate regularly with Key Management staff, Local agencies, Support Co-Ordinators and Support People

About you
Experience within the NDIS or disability support sector




Knowledge of complex support requirements and documentation
Robust analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, respectful and people-focused approach
The ability to work as part of a team and individually
Ability to manage confidentiality, finance and staff reviews
