Sonnell Hospitality is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead teams across our Sydney venues. You will support the Venue Manager in daily operations, driving service standards and guest experiences while ensuring compliance and a smooth shift flow.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for recent full time hires starting in October or November 2026, with a salary range of AUD 81,000–85,000 plus super. Join a community-focused team and grow with a quick-expanding hospitality group.
