As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly — accurately, on time, every time.
If you're someone who takes pride in precision and thrives in a structured environment, this role is for you.How You'll Work Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across:Cards Team — Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock managementSalary Packaging — Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepanciesIT & Software — System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshootingClients & Employers — Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hoursRequirementsWhat You'll Own A defined set of daily and ongoing responsibilities — real ownership from day one.Daily Payments — Process employer deposits,
