You will lead a portfolio of small to medium FMCG clients, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact.
You'll own the day‐to‐day relationship, delivering exceptional client service while building strong, long‐term partnerships.Responsibilities Deliver high quality databases and reports on time,



taking ownership of deadlines and proactively managing client expectations when challenges ariseIdentify and escalate data integrity issues early, working closely with the Operations team to resolve them quickly and effectivelyClearly communicate data updates or changes to clients, explaining impacts and recommending practical solutionsProvide hands on technical support to clients using Circana's proprietary software, including system setup, database configuration, data retrievals, and troubleshootingProactively spot opportunities to add value within your client portfolio and identify potential growth and expansion opportunitiesRequirements1-2 years' experience in a similar client facing roleCustomer focused, with a genuine desire to deliver a great client experienceProven ability to build, strengthen, and maintain positive client relationshipsClear and confident communicatorHighly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesComfortable working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressureExcellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAdaptable and quick to learn, particularly when working with new tools, systems,
