A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Insurance Litigation team in Sydney.This is an excellent prospect to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and a well-established team on a broad mix of complex liability and high-value personal injury matters.
The role offers strong hands-on exposure and the chance to play a meaningful role in driving outcomes on significant files.The OpportunityYou will work across a diverse range of insurance and liability matters, including:Complex liability and high-value personal injury claimsProduct and public liability disputesProperty damage and defective premises mattersA mix of pre-litigation and litigated filesYou'll be involved in all stages of matters, from strategy and advisory through to litigation, with regular client and stakeholder interaction.About YouSenior Associate level (typically 5–8 PQE, flexible depending on experience)Strong background in insurance litigation,
