The Role:You'll be the face of the business, representing premium properties and delivering an exceptional experience to both landlords and prospective tenants.Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections for high-end properties across the Inner WestBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with prospective tenants and landlordsManaging applications and sourcing the most suitable tenants for your clientsProviding a high level of customer service throughout the leasing processManaging your own calendar, appointments and daily scheduleSupporting the Property Management team with ad-hoc duties & administrationWorking within a high-performing team that supports your development and success

The Candidate:Must hold a certificate of registrationYou will ideally have experience in Real EstateCurrent driver's licence & reliable vehicleHighly organised, lead by example & able to work autonomouslyHigh attention to detail & high level of customer serviceA strong team player and happy to offer support when neededThe ability to build & maintain new relationshipsExcellent presentation and communication skillsNO experience will be considered if you are energetic, passionate & hold a current certificate of registration
