This role is essential for safeguarding cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key responsibilitiesEvaluate new credit applications and trigger approval requestsConduct daily reviews of accounts and issue timely payment remindersCoordinate with Operations to resolve customer billing disputesExecute credit holds/releases and initiate refund requestsFormally advise customers of credit limit decisions professionally.Skills & experienceProven experience in accounts receivable or credit control,
