Disability Support Worker Complex SupportsWe're looking for experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants with complex support needs.
You'll work closely with participants, their families and support networks to deliver safe, respectful, person-centred support that helps each person work towards their goals.Key responsibilitiesProviding personal care with dignity and respect, including showering, toileting, dressing and continence supportSupporting participants whose behaviours of concern are guided by a Behaviour Support Plan, using positive, proactive and least restrictive strategiesSupporting participants to take part in community activities, appointments and daily living tasksTransporting participants safely to activities and appointmentsWriting clear, accurate case notes and reporting incidents in line with our proceduresWorking as part of a team-oriented team with Senior Support Leads, allied health and behaviour support practitionersAbout youDemonstrated experience supporting people with behaviours of concern,



including following Behaviour Support PlansExperience providing personal careFull availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidaysA current, full driver's licence and a reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicleStrong communication skills and a calm, patient approachCertificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or similar (desirable)Current First Aid and CPR (desirable)NDIS Worker Screening Check (clearance)Working With Children Check (NSW)National Police CheckAbout usAt Together Two (together2), we believe every person deserves to live a life of their choosing, with the right support around them.
