and environmental complianceManaging site documentation and project reportingAssisting with project scheduling and progress trackingParticipating in inspections and site investigationsBuilding strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersEssentialWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (completed or nearing completion)0-5 years' industry experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGenuine interest in construction and infrastructure projectsAbility to work collaboratively within a project teamWillingness to travel as project requirements ariseDesirableExposure to site-based construction projectsUnderstanding of project management principlesExperience working on bridges, structures, roads, or related civil infrastructure projectsGraduate Engineers and early-career Site Engineers are encouraged to applyWhy Join Us?
