You'll use your optical knowledge to help customers find eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle and personal style while delivering a personalised experience from start to finish.We're looking for someone with availability from Wednesday to Saturday who enjoys working in a collaborative, customer-focused retail environment.What You'll Be DoingProvide personalised eyewear styling and optical advice tailored to each customerDispense lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by our OptometristsHelp customers select frames that complement their style, lifestyle and optical needsBuild genuine relationships with customers and deliver an experience that keeps them coming backApply your optical knowledge to provide accurate and confident recommendationsSupport the wider team with day-to-day store operations and opening and closing proceduresContribute to store performance while maintaining a strong focus on customer careAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous optical dispensing experience, or strong retail sales experience with an interest in developing their optical knowledgeHas Wednesday to Saturday availabilityIs reliable and comfortable supporting store opening and closing proceduresHas strong attention to detail and confidence working with measurements and prescriptionsCommunicates clearly and builds positive relationships with customers and teammatesEnjoys combining customer care, fashion and technical product knowledgeBrings a positive,
