About the Role

This is not your average fish and chip shop. We are a Premium Seafood Experience , combining traditional favourites with high-quality ingredients and qualified kitchen standards.

Your responsibilities will include
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Working with fresh, premium seafood daily
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
Managing fryer operations and ensuring food safety standards are met
Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
Working efficiently during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For




Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cooking fresh seafood , fish & chips , working in a high-volume fry station.
Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure
A team-focused attitude with robust work ethic
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Reliability and pride in producing quality food
