Mii&Co; in Brisbane is seeking a practical, resourceful Personal / Executive Assistant to support the Director across boutique hotel development and operations. This is a hands-on, non-traditional EA role requiring problem-solving, initiative and the ability to switch between administration and field tasks.

You’ll handle guest queries, coordinate cleaners, manage schedules, assist with site inspections and property setups, and provide general PA/EA support as the business grows.
