Tasks & Responsibilities:
Following up rental enquiries
General property management duties as required
Handling phone and email enquiries
Conducting and/or assisting with open homes
Reporting to Property Manager

It is vital that the applicant possesses the following skills and attributes:
Experience preferred but not required
Certificate of registration
Solid work ethic
Ability to deal with people on all levels
Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
Work in a team environment
