ResponsibilitiesAs the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for a business-critical platform that powers customer communications across multiple brands and channels, including digital, email, SMS and print.
You'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical input, partnering closely with Product and other technology leaders to set direction and drive delivery.Your role will also include:Leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of highly reliable, secure and scalable platforms and integrations.Driving API-first, event-driven integration between on-prem and SaaS platforms.Coaching, mentoring and developing engineers, building a high-performing and collaborative team culture.Owning technical strategy alongside Product and senior technology stakeholders.Championing CI/CD, DevOps, observability and production support best practices.Balancing customer needs, technical priorities, regulatory compliance and delivery pace.Providing hands-on technical leadership on solution design when required.ResponsibilitiesAs the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for a business-critical platform that powers customer communications across multiple brands and channels, including digital, email, SMS and print.

NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Experience designing and building system integrations using REST APIs, events and messaging.Experience with distributed systems and contemporary architectures, including microservices, serverless and cloud-native environments.Strong experience with AWS and containerised workloads.Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies (SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis or similar).
