We're partnering with a leading trading firm to find a Compliance Analyst to join their Asia-Pacific Compliance function.This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Trading, and Technology - supporting the regulatory management of trading activities across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong APAC focus.What you'll be doing:Supporting day-to-day compliance operations, monitoring, and surveillance functions across a broad compliance programHelping drive a solid compliance culture and regulatory awareness across the businessTracking regulatory developments across applicable laws and rules to flag emerging compliance requirementsLiaising with brokers and exchanges on trader registration, reviews, and record-keepingDeveloping and maintaining compliance policies, procedures,



and training materialsConducting periodic compliance reviews and reporting outcomes to managementContributing to AML program tasks including management of onboardingCollaborating with regional compliance teams on cross-border issues and projectsWhat you'll bring:2+ years' experience in financial markets compliance/AML - trading firm, broker, regulator, bank, consulting (banking & capital markets) or market exchange background all consideredA degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Law, or related disciplineStrong attention to detail, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skillsComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiencesA proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership
