This is a excellent opportunity for someone with strata experience who wants to step into a role with genuine ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.The RoleWorking closely with the strata management team, insurers, brokers, contractors and key stakeholders, you'll oversee a range of insurance and compliance requirements across the business.
Key responsibilities include:Managing insurance claims from lodgement through to resolutionAssisting with policy renewals and insurance documentationLiaising with insurers, brokers, contractors and stakeholdersCoordinating AFSS inspections,



repairs and submissionsManaging lift and pool registrations and renewalsCoordinating strata by-law registrationsMaintaining compliance registers, records and key datesMonitoring renewals and statutory requirementsAssisting with onboarding and offboarding of strata plansProviding administrative support to the strata management teamAbout YouStrata experience is essentialPrevious experience in strata insurance and/or compliance highly regardedStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident dealing with insurers, contractors and multiple stakeholdersAble to manage deadlines, renewals and competing prioritiesProactive and comfortable working autonomouslyLooking for a long‐term opportunity with a growing businessWhat's On OfferCirca $80K package, depending on experienceMonday – FridaySutherland Shire locationJoin a business in a significant growth phaseGenuine opportunity to take ownership of the functionLong‐term career progression as the business continues to expandOnly those with the right to work in Australia need apply.
