The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, maintains a clean and organised workspace, and creates a welcoming experience for every customer.Key Responsibilities•Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items to a high standard•Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines and equipment•Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service•Take customer orders accurately and handle payments•Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, counter, and workstations•Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies•Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health & safety procedures•Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periodsSkills & Experience•Previous barista or customer-facing hospitality experience preferred•Strong customer service and communication skills•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace•Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation•Basic cash handling and POS experience desirable•Willingness to learn and take feedbackQualifications•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)•Barista or food safety certifications are an advantage but not essentialPersonal Attributes•Friendly, positive, and reliable•Well-organised with good time management•Passion for coffee and hospitality•Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
