About the role
You'll be working within a busy production environment, assisting with the packing and preparation of products across a variety of production lines.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and can maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Working across different production lines




Monitoring products for quality and presentation
Labelling and checking finished products
Following production and food safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Working as part of a close-knit production team
Taking on additional responsibilities as you become trained across the business
What we're looking for
Previous experience in packing, production, FMCG, food manufacturing, warehousing or a similar setting will be highly regarded, however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
Is reliable, punctual and committed to their work
Has good attention to detail
Can follow procedures and maintain quality standards
Is comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
Can work efficiently as part of a production team
Is physically capable of working on their feet throughout the day
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Is willing to learn and develop your skills
Has a strong focus on safety and quality
