Whilst importantly, developing your personal confidence in client facing situations, strategy formulating and presentations.The Role - Financial Advice AssociateAssist Financial Adviser(s) with client meetings and presentationsTake responsibility for file notes and action items from client meetingsAssist with the upkeep of Xplan and keep up to date with changes and enhancementsProvide assistance to Financial Adviser support team with client paperwork, preparation of lodgementsAssist Financial Adviser(s) with practice compliance requirementsReview all the information received from the Financial Adviser(s) and discuss and agree the appropriate planning strategy with Financial Adviser(s)Oversee the preparation of SOA's, review with the Senior Financial Adviser(s)



for review and make modifications as requiredReview/prepare relevant Financial Modelling for client situationsUndertake relevant research and development of suitable asset allocation and investments to assist with client's strategy developmentThe PersonTertiary qualified with an approved degreeMinimum 2-3 years experience in a CSM/PP support roleSound advice and retirement technical knowledgeWorking knowledge of current legislative, industry and corporate standardsStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent client service orientationCompetent with a variety of technology applications e.g. Office, XPlan, etcSelf-motivated with regards to personal and qualified developmentThe BenefitsMentoring and advancement via a comprehensive PY program to Financial Adviser.Focus on the future.
