due diligence and independent inquiry.Maintain updated knowledge and closely monitor projects where assigned primary account officerWhere required assist in coordination of the process of syndication of underwritten assets in conjunction with other book runnersStructure, execute and close transactions with minimal direction of senior team members and evidence capacity to work independentlyAssist in the co-ordination and preparation of all internal reporting requirementsAssist the Team Leader as requested on necessary due diligence, research, financial modelling, preparation of credit proposal.
