We are seeking motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join our growing team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into full-time employment.You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil construction projects throughout Sydney, including projects with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, as well as residential developments.For the right candidate, this role can provide a pathway into other positions and career opportunities within the company.

and road rehabilitation workBuild and maintain client relationshipsRead and interpret plansWork across multiple project sites with flexibility to work away from home at timesAdhere to construction methods, safety protocols, and site management requirementsAbout youWhite Card (Construction Induction Card)Driver's License (manual driving capability)Proven experience in civil concrete, formwork, pipelaying, stormwater systems, and road rehabilitationStrong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and site managementAbility to read and interpret plans and blueprintsPhysically fit and able to work in all weather conditionsWillingness to expand your knowledge and upskillHR or MR Truck License (preferred)We able to undertake a drug/alcohol testing prior to starting worksCompany uniformTraining, tickets, and career advancement opportunities,Monday - Friday, with optional Saturdays
