restructures and other strategic transactionsAssisting with international tax, tax governance, state taxes and complex technical mattersSupporting due diligence activities and business projectsDriving process improvements through technology, automation and data-driven solutionsBuilding strong relationships across Finance, Commercial and operational teamsAbout youYou will bring strong Australian corporate tax experience together with the curiosity and commercial mindset to contribute across a broad range of tax matters.We are interested in hearing from candidates who have gained experience within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment, a listed company or a complex corporate group.To be successful, you will demonstrate:5+ years Australian tax experience within professional services or a corporate environmentStrong technical corporate tax knowledgeExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailThe ability to interpret complex technical matters and communicate practical outcomesA highly numerate approach and confidence working with data, spreadsheets and technology platformsA proactive and collaborative working styleCA or CPA qualification (or progress towards completion),



or a Masters of Tax or Law qualificationExperience within mining, resources or other capital-intensive industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential.Why Evolution Mining?
