Working across architectural and decorative lighting, the business represents a range of international and Australian brands and works closely with architects, interior designers and other A&D; professionals on residential and commercial projects.This role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of client interaction, showroom presentation, sales administration and coordination, with an interest in the interiors industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administration support, including preparing quotes and processing ordersWelcome clients and visitors into the showroom and assist with general enquiriesCoordinate product orders,



deliveries, lead times and follow-ups with clients and suppliersSupport the sales team with administration, client enquiries and showroom eventsSkills & ExperienceIdeally Previous experience in administrative support role, showroom coordination, customer service, retail or administrationExperience within lighting, interiors, furniture or the architecture and design industry would be advantageousStrong organisational and administration skills, with valuable attention to detailConfident and personable when communicating with clients, suppliers and colleaguesA genuine interest in the design interest
